Position Title: Donor Relations & Event Coordinator (full time)

Duties: In partnership with the Director of Development and Marketing (DDM), this position is responsible for all aspects of the development and maintenance of donor relationships. Also responsible for working with DDM on the coordination of all events and fundraising activities. Assists other departmental needs as requested including serving as back-up for Database Coordinator. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Development and Marketing (DDM).

Position Title: Animal Care Manager (full time)

Duties: Responsible for the day to day shelter operations including general care and disposition of animals. Leads and directs staff and works with Director of Animal & Client Services (DACS) to ensure goals and objectives for quality animal care, shelter cleanliness and excellent customer service are carried out. As a member of management team, serves as a resource to other teams and departments.

Position Title: Director of Community Outreach (full time)

Duties: The Director of Community Outreach is responsible for managing all aspects of direct outreach including the volunteer, education and community cat programs.

Position Title: Customer Service Representative (part time)

Duties: Works in all aspects of Customer Service including animal intake, care and disposition including Adoption and Animal Care related duties. Responsible to and under the direction of the Director of Operations (DO) and under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager.

Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician (full time)

Duties: To maintain all aspects of MHS facilities and grounds. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures in addition to performing grounds maintenance. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety rules and regulations, while keeping the premises safe and comfortable for the animals, the public, and the employees.

Position Title: Foster Tech (part time)

Duties: To provide routine health examinations and medical care for animals in Maui Humane Society’s Foster Program. Responsible to Veterinary Clinic Manager, the Director of Veterinary Services and the Director of Community Spay Neuter Programs.

Position Title: Veterinary Technician (full time)

Duties: Under the supervision of the Veterinary Clinic Manager and MHS Veterinarians,  provides routine health examinations and health maintenance for all animals sheltered at the Maui Humane Society and assists the veterinarian in surgery. Responsible to the Veterinary Clinic Manager and the Director of Veterinary Services.
