Job Title: Director of Development – (Full Time)
Primary Purpose: The Director of Development leads all fundraising initiatives for Maui Humane Society to meet revenue goals from individual donors, corporations, foundations and government agencies. The Director of Development plays a significant role in strategic plannin; grant management and high-level donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. Serves on the Executive Leadership Team.

Job Title: Human Resources Director – (Full Time)
Primary Purpose: Develop and lead initiatives for HR strategies and operations, driving legal compliance and recruiting model as well as managing employee life cycle, employee relations, and employee engagement.
Job Title: Accountant/Bookkeeper (Full Time)
Primary Purpose: Assists Director of Finance (DOF) by providing support for oversight and evaluation of all fiscal processes and related functions for the agency. Provides accounting related tasks including generation of financial reports. Assists DOF with cost analysis and other financial evaluations. Assists DOF with budget preparation. This is a temporary position for six months to one year to assist DOF with additional work duties due to wildfires. Has potential to become a permanent position. Under the supervision of the DOF.
Job Title: Reunification Specialist (Full Time)
Primary Purpose: The Reunification Specialist is responsible for facilitating reunification of lost pets with their families, to provide community support, to increase lifesaving, and decrease length of stay through creating and implementing a robust lost and found pet program.
Job Title: Development Coordinator (Full Time)
Primary Purpose: The Development Coordinator reports to the Development Manager and is responsible for identifying, creating, implementing and managing revenue generating opportunities and donor relations activities including donor cultivation, retention, stewardship and recognition programs. In addition, this role manages and grows monthly giving, shelter naming opportunities, corporate sponsorship and retail programs. The Development Coordinator takes one of the lead roles in planning and implementing revenue generating events.
Job Title:Veterinary Technician (Full Time)

The Maui Humane Society is searching for an experienced Veterinarian Technician who is ready to join our energetic and fast paced environment. Duties range from providing routine health examinations, health maintenance, assisting in our high volume, high quality surgery clinic, and more.
