Maui Humane Society and Mana’o Radio will host the “Concert for Hope” fundraiser on Aug. 19, at The Altitude Deck in Kihei. Proceeds from the event will benefit Maui Humane Society’s Hope Fund, which provides advanced lifesaving surgeries and procedures for Maui’s homeless animals.

Tommy Boy was attacked by a machete in a parking lot in Paia. His bone-deep lacerations were across his forehead, across his back, and the tip of his tail.
