With many people out of work and finding that money is tight, some are finding it a struggle to feed and care for their pets. Maui Humane Society is launching a new community program
with the goal of helping to keep people and their pets together at a time when companionship from an animal is needed more than ever.
Potential Adopters: Schedule a Shelter Visit!
We are now allowing parties to schedule 30-minute visits to meet adoptable animals at the shelter in person. To ensure the safety of our staff and community, only those with scheduled appointments will be allowed entry into the facility.
Maui Now: Maui Humane Society Hopes to Clear the Shelter Aug. 23-29
This week, Maui Humane Society is taking part in Clear the Shelters – a nationwide pet adoption event that helps find loving homes for animals in need. All this week, through Aug. 29, adoption fees for ALL ANIMALS are sponsored. Due to COVID-19, the organization is offering all services by appointment only.
