Success Story: Skye
Skye is a fantastic dog, and she has our house and yard to explore and play in. I spend pretty much all day every day with her, and we go for at least one half hour of cardio paced walk every day, plus zoomies and wrestling and silliness every day. My wife adores her too and Skye adores her right back.
Success Story: Baby Cat
Baby Cat has been an absolute Godsend. He hissed at our old cat (Porch Kitty) one time, then Baby Cat realized that he’s really cool and they’ve been inseparable buds since. Porch Kitty took Baby Cat under his wing and there is not a day when I don’t find a mystery mess of destruction.

Maui Humane Society Alumni in 2020 American Rescue Dog Show
The Maui Humane Society (MHS), announced today that one of their adopted alumni been chosen to compete in the “2020 American Rescue Dog Show” airing on the Hallmark Channel this weekend. The event, now in its third year, is a two-night special and it is the only canine competition of its kind that focuses the spotlight on dogs adopted from shelters and rescue organizations.

Stray kitten Josh and his siblings were brought to MHS for help at just a few weeks old when their mother was struck by a car. After growing big and strong in foster care he was transferred through our Wing of Aloha program where he found a loving family in Washington.
