Success Story: Ehu
Senior dog Ehu was surrendered to MHS back in 2018 because neighbors had complained about barking. We transferred this sweet senior to a rescue partner in Oregon, where she was adopted by Laura – and it’s been love ever since!

Second Chance Senior Dog Kali
Kali was wandering around the highway and was struck by a car. A Good Samaritan saw it all happen, stopped traffic, scooped her up and brought her to MHS for help. X-rays have revealed that her hip is badly dislocated, and because of age-related arthritis she will need surgery to reduce her pain and improve her quality of life.

Addy was brought to MHS with a head tilt, possibly from a previous head injury or middle ear infection. That didn’t stop her from winning over the heart of her adopter!
