What is 4Ever Pets?
Is 4EverPets just a food program?
We have also provided many leashes, collars, harnesses, beds, etc., to people who are experiencing homelessness or financial hardship and could not provide these items for their pets. Our ability to assist an animal is determined on a case-by-case basis, and our primary goal is to defer intake and prevent animals from being surrendered, but we will do our best to assist anyone who needs help. If you have a question about whether or not we might be able to assist you with a particular issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do what we can and try to find creative ways to help everyone to the best of our ability.
How do I sign up for 4EverPets?
If you would like to enroll in the program you may complete the application online, or come to the shelter during distribution hours to complete the enrollment application. Our current distribution hours are: Tuesday 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Wednesday 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., and Saturday 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
I already completed the enrollment packet, how do I schedule to pick up food/supplies?
If you have already been notified that you are enrolled in the program and are having trouble scheduling, your link to schedule monthly pickup appointments would have been included in your enrollment notification email or text. Please email or text to let us know if you need it re-sent. You will use the same link each time you schedule. Please be sure to schedule your appointments at least 4 weeks apart.
You can also email [email protected] directly or text us to discuss your situation and needs.
Is it true that people have to participate in spay/neuter efforts to be a part of 4EverPets?
Can I refer people to your program?
If you know someone who has been impacted by COVID or is struggling financially and needs assistance, please refer them to us so we may help our community members in need. Please also remember to “Be Pono” and conserve these limited resources for those who truly need it.
Where are the items distributed?
Can I donate to 4EverPets?
Donations of new or gently used pet supplies are also greatly appreciated, since our grants (while amazing) limit us to buying pet food. We can always use leashes, collars, harnesses, wet and dry food, treats, toys and other common pet supplies!
Can I help with 4EverPets?
If you’d like to do something else to help, such as organize a food/supply drive or make beds for homeless dogs, we welcome your creativity and invite you to reach out to us!
