Maui Humane Society offers a free pet rehoming listing to Maui residents seeking a new home for their pet. To add your pet to the rehoming service, please first create an account here. If prompted, use the following referral code for your free listing: RCXHAQTL2U8AD8Z

The pets listed below are being rehomed directly by members of our community. They are not available for adoption at Maui Humane Society. If you would like to meet a pet listed on our rehoming page, please make arrangements directly with the guardian listed on the pet’s profile. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating with the pet’s guardian to acquire veterinary records, document transfer of ownership and other necessary information.

Our 4EverPets program is designed to keep pets in homes. We understand there may be issues that arise in your home that force you to question whether you are able to keep your pet. Making this decision is difficult and we are here to offer guidance and support. If you are experiencing financial crisis, making it difficult to care for your pet, please contact our 4EverPets program to see if we can provide resources to keep your pet with you.

We urge you to exhaust all other resources and alternatives before surrendering your pet to Maui Humane Society. While Maui Humane Society does everything we can to ensure animals in our care are comfortable, we care for over 5,000 animals each year. An animal shelter is a stressful environment for any animal, but especially for owned pets. Our shelter cannot compare to the love and care that a pet receives at home.
