Sketch-a-Pet: Photo Submissions

This year, we’ve partnered with the talented young artists at Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center’s summer camp (who happen to be 6–10 years old!). Instead of professional pet photos, our 2027 MHS Calendar will feature hand-drawn “paw-traits” inspired by pet photos submitted by supporters like you.

Will your pet’s portrait be stunningly accurate? Or a laugh-out-loud masterpiece with three eyes and a questionable tail? Either way, it’s guaranteed to be a one-of-a-kind treasure.

Every paw-trait purchased helps provide food, shelter, medical care, and second chances for Maui’s homeless animals while also supporting local youth arts education.

Only 75 entries are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so start scouring your camera roll now for your pet’s most personality-packed photo!

We can’t wait to showcase the fun artwork produced by these young students, and find out which pets will claim a spot in the 2027 calendar!
