MAUI, Hawaii (KITV4) – There is still time to fundraise for Maui Humane Society’s Wags to Riches event!
The event is back for its third year and encourages the community to raise funds for Maui’s homeless animals.
The people who fundraise the most will get to stay at a luxury resort on Maui and will be accompanied by a shelter dog from the Maui Humane Society. The top fundraisers will be announced on April 28 at noon.
Before your furry friend joins you on your little staycation, you’ll be able to chill poolside and enjoy the resort’s amenities. The Maui Humane Society staff will drop off a dog to you around dinner time and will provide you with their doggy toys and supplies for the night. After your sleepover, the staff will return the next morning to pick up your pup!
