KITV4: Maui Humane Society in Need of Foster Homes as Shelter Population Experiences a Surge

The Maui Humane Society is in need of foster homes for dogs as the shelter deals with a surge in owner surrenders and stray intakes. 

 

According to MHS, there are currently 198 cats/kittens and 23 dogs in foster homes.

 

There are 49 dogs at the shelter that are in need of foster care.
