HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Your pet has a chance to be featured on the Maui Humane Society’s 2025 calendar!
The calendar will feature pets alongside Maui firefighters.
The organization said they wanted to pay tribute to the courageous firefighters and first responders who bravely faced the devastating Maui wildfires.
To enter the contest, place a bid on Maui Humane Society’s website. The 25 highest bids will earn a spot in a special photo-shoot with Maui firefighters. The public will vote for their favorite pet-firefighter duos.
The top 12 photos will then appear in the final calendar.
Those hoping to participate and showcase their pet have until June 9 to submit.
This calendar is made in collaboration with the Hawaii Fire Fighter’s Association to raise awareness for the needs of Maui’s animals.
